Our Risk Free Trial account allows you full access to a web hosting account for 7 days. It is offered to allow our prospective customers time to experience HostKitten before purchasing a regular plan.
How do I get a Trial?
You can get a free trial by visiting theĀ Risk free trial page and sign up. Make sure you use the coupon "TryFirst" to get your 99% discount, if this is not filled out for you automatically.
Are there any restrictions on my account?
No, you get full CPanel access with all the bells and whistles. The only restriction is that the account will self-destruct in a week, if you do not upgrade to one of our regular plans. Also you only get to play with one domain, one subdomain, one database, etc. These limitations do not exist in our regular plans. Please note that the free trial does NOT apply to domain name registration or other services.
Do I have to cancel a Trial account?
No, once the trial time has expired, your account will automatically be deleted.

We are pleased to hear it. Make sure you upgrade to our regular plan before your trial expires, so that all your settings and date remain intact.
To upgrade to a regular account, you must follow these steps:
UPGRADING A TRIAL ACCOUNT TO A REGULAR ACCOUNT
- Login to the Client Area.
- Click on "My Products & Services" from the top navigation menu.
- Click on "View Details" next to your trial account.
- At the bottom of the page click "Upgrade/Downgrade Package".
- Choose the hosting plan with the desired disk space/bandwidth.
- Click the continue button, then Make Payment by clicking the Invoice Number.
